When members sign up on the site, they have to check a box that confirms they have read and will follow the simple rules I have set up on the site. Unfortunately, some people don't feel like the rules apply to them. Those members then go on to break the rules, and they stand a good chance of getting caught due to the fact that I've been running web forums for over 8 years now and know just about every trick in the
book
. If they egregiously break the rules, and I catch them, you can bet I am going to ban their account.
In case you want to brush up on the rules, they are always available in the top right corner of the main navigation bars.
Here is the direct link:

So, starting today, I am going to keep a list of members who have violate the rules, and the reason why they were banned, as a reminder to the community that I expect everyone to play by the rules. They are simple, and they will help this community thrive.
The follow members were banned today for using the Private Message system to solicit other members in order to buy, sell, or share commercial robots which they had purchased:
Axisbook
Roberto59
Dh2002
Pioneer
Togu
For all my other law-abiding members, I thank you for understanding that PipCop.com has a reputation to uphold. In the event members were to use my site to share copyrighted code, I am sure many robot authors would no longer provide us with free copies of their robots for the benefit of a community review. That would clearly mark the end of the site, which I will vigorously defend against.
Thanks for your continued support and understanding.
