I agree, believe me. However, at the time that this occurred I used the web server backup system. On the first of the month I would then go through the archive and find each statement, extract it, and save it back to the web server and to the folder for each EA. However, this particular month I was unable to get to the statements before the backup system ran the following day which erased the previously saved statements. There's nothing I can do about that now. Bottom line that was a bad system because it required human
intervention

However, I built a new system now which copies, renames, and saves the statements every 15 minutes automatically, and it updates the thread with the new statement automatically, and it links to multiple statements automatically. You can't get much better than that! Therefore this won't happen again.
