Site suggestion - Pip Cop

As a suggestion and due to time and the old adage timing is everything which seems to be true fro FX as well...wouldnt it be better to get experienced members of this community to retest the droids on accounts and publish the results.

Each member could be assigned an exercise and report back to the commnity - this would accelerate testing and results anals enable people to make decisons as to which droid they will run...

Perhaps if we listed all the droids we want to test and the conditons of testing incuding borkerage accounts we could rapidly ascertain which droids are Hype under which brokerage conditions and which perform under known brokerage conditions??

Then we could do a comparison table that allowed members to see the resutls on each droid under known brokerage conditons.

As well running two tests by two independent members on the same known conditions would take the workload off James and allow him to imprve some of the things he wants to..?

This would also ensure less mistakes were made as double blind tests would mean that errors are picked up more rapidly..

Just a thought but then we would all know whcih ones to avoid. There are a lot of claims out there in web land...people are being scammed - why not help them avoid the scams...I have almost been suckered in a few times but then notice things like one payment of $4.97 and in fine print plus continual payments of $194 per month...et al...

As another thought why not keep all this confidential in a members only areas so that peeps have to register with a real email addy to be a member and no gmail addys accepted...

Then you are starting to build better value in the site...

I like the idea and you've read my mind. I was thinking it would be nice to build a system to allow users to FTP their statements up to a server and then link to them from the site. I sure could use the help, I have not been able to keep up at all for months!

Are you posting your statement anywhere besides MT4stats.com, such as on a personal FTP server? I would like to give people the ability to frame in their statements, but the mt4stats site has so much additional "fluff" that I would prefer to use something else.

I don't know if I want to try to make my own setup for that as it would be a lot of work...

Anyway, if you have a URL, let me know, because I can make the site have a new code to allow people to easily include their statements which I think would be cool.

Hmm no I dont however I know someone who hasdevloped a community web site management toolkit this allows people to share data/info - i will chatb to hime later this week to see if there is a way he can let us trial this for him.

We may be able to then FTP adata to it for review under categories

What do you think - it could be under the Pipcop URL as a sub link for FTP...?

That's about the idea. The trick is to be able to allow users to register using the MySql database, then create a folder for them in the file system, then create an FTP account for them using their MySql name and password, and then allow them to upload ONLY a statement.htm and statement.gif file (nothing else) that is not malicious. It's a bit beyond my capabilities...
