Why does a robot show -$5000 in the quick stats and/or have a blank statement?

Every once in a while you will see a robot with a -$5000 balance in the Quick Stats, but the statement says otherwise, or perhaps the statement is blank.

This is a bug that can't be avoided.

What happens is that MetaTrader is uploading the statement to the site, erases the old one, and before it can save the new statement and at the exact same time the system which reads the statements is trying to read the file. At that exact second, the file is not available, so the system thinks there is a zero balance (because it doesn't find anything, and considers it "zero"), and then subtracts the starting balance of $5000 from 0, leaving you with -$5000.

Because the Quick Stats are updated every 15 minutes, just wait and it should be fixed the next time around.
