What I wonder is if goolge can translate the Expert's code it's in Russian also I believe, that's why I wondered perhaps that's causing some incompatibilities such as not opening trades or something... We will keep an eye on pipCop's forwards, btw how does he manage to test all this software at once on different accounts? I am with a VPS and it has a hard time getting hold of two Windows sessions.

You must be pretty confident if you already trading Live with this Expert. Why are you using v3 instead of 4.2?

Yea that'd be cool...translation of the code.

But I use v3, and I am content with it. In 4 trading days (today being my 4th) I have made close to $600. With a small losing trade. I have put in some manual trades too though - in the same direction, which is risky for long trades due to drawdown . So I will only do it with short trades for now on.

I tested on Alpari - did not trade with the 5 decimal places. So I will have to change brokers in May so as to be able to use the EA.

Yes, I am pretty confident. I have tested this EA for a month with great results. And PipCops testing results, for 4 months, show three consecutive profitable months - over $3000 I think.

I am using v3, as it is the newer version I believe. You can confirm this on the russian site. It has many more settings to choose from, including the time you want it to trade at. I find trading at gmt 0 (3pm) instead of 6pm is better. Though this would be 6pm on ForexMeta.

I am off to play badminton now. When I get back I will check about an MT4 account. However, I trade manually, and agressively, on this account, using the EA trades as a guide. So the results would not be the same as letting the EA trade on its own.

I am also going to close my 3 open orders (which are in profit), as I want to test MegaDroid tonight (though wont be at computer). MegaDroid seems to trades between 9.30-10.30pm every night. So I want to do some sample trades with low lot sizes to see howit performs.

If results are good, I can trade 20/200 v3 during the day at 3pm...and then MegaDriod at 9.30pm onwards.

I will definately keep you updated.


I also use RoboMiner, on another account, and have done so for about 10 weeks. Made over $1000. I can set that MT4 up if you like.

Hey Proupin,

After a closer inspection, I noticed the trade did not open, as an order was currently open. I therefore set the EA (v3) to trade at 1am, usin all defaults. It traded successfully with $3 win. (I forgot to change my lot size). I have timed the EA to trade again at 2am with the correct lot size. I will inform you of the results.

Update to MegaDroid - Demo account has opened 3 orders today. Live account open 1 order (which is the same order as the demo accounts 3rd order). This order just opened, so I will inform you of the results. I do not expect it to trade as often as the demo account, as demo and live accounts are very much different.

Hey,

The EA (v3) traded successfully on Alpari (UK), LLC - made a demo trade of $80. However, I could have answered this query a lot quicker if I used some of my brain cells.

PipCop is testing v4.2 on Alpari (US), LLC for months now, which is also 5 digits. So I believe it is safe to trade the EA on 5 digit brokers.

To get expert functional with 5 digits yuo have to multiply every value that in point SL , TP , delta, slippage and so.
