| | Pip Chief of Police and Site Owner | I won't be coming up with $10k any time soon, so it'll have to be on a much smaller account.
I believe it's free. I think it is even attached to the first post of this thread for downloading. |

| Completely off topic Hey PipCop,
This is completely off topic...I did make a post in te relevant section, however it just made me more aware of how much testing you have ahead of you...
Though I just wanted to "skip the queue" and bring to your attention this ForexRising ea. Here you can view 2 "live" accounts for March, using two different brokers: http://forexrising.com/results/forwa...multi43391.htm http://forexrising.com/results/forwa..._multi6492.htm
Both are a $5,000 account and appear to have generated a great return. Maybe it is
an EA to test in the near future
Keep up the great work... |

| howdy,
Did a 1 month back-test with 1min resolution and found that Auto is not so good compared to Fixed lot size. On Auto it chose initially a large lot size and lost, then tried to struggle back with the smaller lot sizes, never made it in a month, but when I did simply fixed .4 mini on a $1K it had that loser smaller and it went to 25% gain! Has this been observed or commented before on this thread? Just wondering as I have not been following this thread so maybe I'm saying moot stuff?
Anyway, this truly may be a hidden beauty eh? I even had it off for a week recently and then did a double-take looking at + balance of $50 on .04 minis for a couple weeks and now back-test (i.e., holy moly! ), so taking another look to keep this puppy going!

| This Robot Rocks PipCop has been testing this robot for 4 months. December had a losing month...I personally think it is best to not trade in December due to the holiday season. This could or could not be the reason for the losing month.
However, Jan, Feb and Mar so far have all been profitable months. Furthermore, there is actually a new version of this EA, version v4.3 and it has additional settings, such as sl and tp , and how many trades to open. I have been testing it over a week now, and has been performing as successfully as v4.2.
Backtesting cannot always produce "correct" or "accurate" results. However, I have backtested from Jan to Mar 09, and it made 200% gains. Awesome! Testing in 2008 showed terrible results - however, when was the EA created? Maybe it suits the present market conditions?
3 consecutive profitable months have led me to open a new live account with IBFX for this EA. I have deposited $3K. When the funds go through (sometime next week) I will begin trading with it live, and will happily share my results. I will start with a fixed 0.2 lot, even though I have been demo testing with 0.5 lots with great success. On certain days I will change the lot size to 0.5 for those high $300-$400 winning trades.
I will also continue demo testing with different lot sizes, tp , sl , and order amounts. |

| Thank you for update. Is this new version something requiring purchase, or it's free also? (url if free please?)
best,

best,
jb | yes, completely free. Url is provided on initial post by PipCop, however, their website is in Russian. Therefore, here is a translated version courtesy of Google: http://translate.google.co.uk/transl...hl=en&ie=UTF-8
The only aspect I may change when trading this EA, is to close my MetaTrader Platform on a Friday before 6pm, so that it does not make a trade. I wish to do this as the trade may not close, on Friday and you dont what way the market will leave things on Sunday night with that open trade. So far, there has been no damage, except that the trade is open for a longer period of time. Or I might set lot size to 0.1 or even a micro lot to ensure the safety of Fridays trade.
Better safe than sorry. NO need to be greedy
Enjoy! |

| Portal,
I saw lower on the page a v3, but no v4.3. Perhaps you could help us all by uploading it? Appreciate, when you have a little time, thanks so much.

| My apologies "v3" seems to be the new EA with the additional settings. I did not read the name correctly.
My apologies.
Thanks |

| I actually like PipCop to confirm which EA is new, as I cannot sem to find v4.2 on their site...only v2. Maybe I am using older version?...though why would new version have basic settings. Strange.
Please confirm this PiPCop.
