Now you say that thread updated for going 50% below starting balance. You mean that you restarted it with different settings as suggested by members of the forum and it already went 50% below starting balance? let me know if I am reading this correctly because I feel a little lost right now.

Man, this is what drives me crazy about these EAs...if you go out to TSD right now people are raving that this thing is just ticking away nicely, but then here on an independent site like Pipcop, it has already failed twice with two different set ups for settings files. yet others in this very same thread are saying that they are doing well with the same settings that you just tried and "bombed" with? Someone has to be setting up something incorrectly? Is it that simple that one little thing is not right and it is causing this thing to just fizzle out? It seems that way to me, because though I don't know enough about the EA to have any confidence other than what I read in this and other forums, it seems like if it were going to bomb it would take more than just a few days to do so.

I think everybody have to find his way, one thing is good than this EA is free and nobody have to make commercial for it and have nothing to win or loss with comments about it. My idea here and on TSD is to share ideas for better trades.

I test every day new settings, for example i make an forward test since last week with blessing on eurgbp on M5 chart after good backtest and optimisation for ema choice (better for this setting is ema 59).

I'll tell you here if it will run well.

do you mean FXDD?
if yes, I have also tried to demo trade with FXDD but always receive lots of error messages.
can you help me with these?

1. What is ur current FXDD MT4 version and build number?
2. What is the version of blessing2? (4.6 or 4.5 or lower?)
3. What is ur FXDD demo account deposit amount?
4. FXDD demo can only trade 0.1 lot (correct me if i am wrong), what is your setting to accommodate this? (can share your set file?)

I never read the whole thread. correct me if i am wrong.
Your statement in early Jan 09 looks very weird to my demo account in IBFX and alpari UK. Perhaps you want to look at it and analyse the problem?

I can't say exactly what happened - I let the robot run it's course without modification or interference. However, when I get my new servers setup I may re-start this robot on multiple brokerages so we can see if that helps.

I note that the latest version of this was v4.8, PipCop was testing v4.5, so maybe it fixed the problem with that huge loss? Probably not.

Having looked at the forum, nobody else mentioned any problems with this EA at the time it started having problems. Perhaps this needs to be run again with a different 'set' file?

I am waiting on some changes to the site to be made, and then I am going to re-run as many of these old reviews that were on 1 broker and try it with 5, and yes I will try the new version.
