| | Pip Chief of Police and Site Owner | LIVE - Demark lines robot review - real cash account - BUSTED! -$2719 Our first contender for a LIVE account is Demark lines (which was previously tested on a demo account here). Found here http://codebase.mql4.com/4039, it is starting with a $100 balance, lot size staggered (see settings file), on an IBFX account which I had available. Let's see how it does.
PLEASE NOTE!
The Quick Stats balance (profits/losses) is multiplied by 50 ($100 x 50 = $5000) to simulate a $5000 account, so you can compare the profits to other demo accounts.
The values in the frame below are actual. live_demark g3.xp8 |

| Hey, it looks like it is trading .10 lots, you may want to ensure this is not in error or you'll be stopped out. |

I've updated it now, so future orders will be correct. I am going to attach the settings file here for other users. Quote:

| | Pip Chief of Police and Site Owner | Just goes to show you have to be careful to make sure the settings on these EAs are correct before you start! |

The break of trendline is at 2008.11.13 00:00
and with the default parameters with this EA (trade only at close bar)
the sell order must be send at 2008.11.13 04:00
PipCop do you use the same parameters?
"extern bool TradeAtCloseBar = true;"
Because on live with have profit and we lost on demo | I am not sure the difference. I checked the settings on both EAs right now and they are the same, including the TradeAtCloseBar = true.
This is new to me, so if anyone else can help explain that would be great. |
