This is probably going to get tricky, I guess if you are a US resident you are under the rules of the NFA...just like you cannot have an account with Alpari UK, or just like any spreadbetting company cannot accept US funds or orders from US residents...

I mentioned to the creator of EvolutionX, that his EA uses hedging, and therefore will be useless in about a month from now, this was his comment:
'That not right, you just run it.'
'my ea not just use the hedging method. i confident that it will work'

My EvolutionX mini on a demo 1000 USD account has just imploded.

I am reloading it with a 5000 USD demo account...

I was in correct in saying the hedging rule will affect Robominer and Gt. I was to busy seeing red and panicking that I wasn't thinking clearly. but hopefully we can get around this hedging problem with overseas brokers

Why not Tadawulfx.com or fxpro.com, brokers other side of the planet. Anyone test EvoX on these? If one could feel comfortable throwing away $500 then best to go live$ right away with the overseas folks, always better than drudging thru the time to do only demo, then as time goes by and confidence it performs like it has here, throw on more money . Hope to see someones mt4stats!

Just got the following mail from Forex.com:

Everyone is abandoning the NFA!

After reloading the EvoX mini on 5000 USD demo the expert behaves well, so far it gained 5% in one week.

It does not have any significant hanging trades, although the market made two swings in the meantime.

I wonder if the same story is going to be repeated. After a few days of scalping along the short daily trend the ea set a couple of larger short positions and then the price went north. Right now the drawdown is already larger than the recent profits and it is stuck with 9 long and 9 short positions.
