Sounds good, but I guess you are using the regular Evolution on your account, mini EvolutionX seems to get stuck too often. Maybe, I should just start it, let it go for 1 month and do not bother with monitoring daily...

Does anyone know if the mini "x" version downloaded here from PC will run on a live account? I've had it running most of the week, and has not entered a single trade -

No log errors that I can see - but after initializing it does show a "yield" sign but says it's loaded and have a "smiley" face... not sure what that means exactly -

Also, this has been asked and discussed several times.. but no consensus reached it seems...

The author (who is never on here) said "leave settings alone" - and by default, out of the box, both bots are set for: TadeBuy=1 and Sell=0 (or vice versa as I don't have my .set file open in front of me) - I asked once about this before - and PC said his were both set to "0"... and another poster had 1 and 1... so - I dunno? I know you can toggle them to catch a trend ... but was wondering what the defaults are supposed to be... and if that has an impact on why it's not trading?

Lastly, why does my MT4 trader thingy not show on here?

1. The demo version does not work on live account (I checked it)
2. Leave both TradeBuy and TradeSell = 0, the ea should determine the trend thanks to its intricate inteligence
3. In my case the MT4 trader stats did not show when I had Passive mode unchecked. After checking it it came to life.

For the last item, you should also verify your statement actually appears at mt4stats.com. If not, the image won't appear here.

#1) Ok - thanks for the clarification - with so many versions floating around (and the author MIA on here) wasn't sure what was what...

#2) "Leave" both buy=0 and sell=0 ... I guess this is where the confusion comes in as "out of the box" (and I just checked this again 5 months later) by "default' they are 0 and 1... so - I dunno - Will try them on 0,0

#3) I got an ERROR when I first installed MTF trader stats when I unchecked the passive box... but when I checked it, it started working... so I know on my end (http://KillerB.mt4stats.com/) it works - even though there's no activity on this account as I wanted to single out EvoX... But just checked the link and it shows my "statement' as bare as it is...

RE: Browsers, on FF it does not show at all - On Safari, it shows the "?" where the image should be and on IE8 (gack!) it shows a "red x"... so somethings not right somewhere... could be pilot error

The mt4 stats username has to be all lower case. I fixed that for you.

I just checked the demo here, and it seems stuck again as of 3-20. The drawdown it is stuck with is so minimal, it's maybe a quarter of the profits made on 3-20, before it got stuck. My demo made 32% since 3-23 alone. I know PipCop is testing this as a leave-alone EA, to be compared with others etc, so please don't see this as criticism, but for my own use I have seen that getting stuck is to be avoided, even if it comes with a relatively small price tag.
I tried to attach my Close Everything.ex4 here. copy it to experts folder.
Use it on your own risk. Just drag it on any plain chart. It closes every open position on the account within seconds. Once the positions are closed, remove it immediately from the chart. never forget that part.
