I'm running the mini version attached to the first post. I set sell=1 and buy=0, but it still keeps making buys...anyone know why?

You can change the ability of the robot to open long or short

positions by going into the MetaTrader chart options - click the chart and then press F7, and then under the Common tab you'll see "Long & Short

" positions. Change that to "Only Short

" or "Only Long" as desired.

The demo I started with this EA on Feb 9th with $3000, just got to the point

where the free margin

was negative and the EA was trying to open orders and it was being refused. So, in essence, the account was blown. I killed the demo.

In all fairness to the EA Feb 9th was a bad time to set up the EA because the EURUSD was making a short

-lived bull move and the EA started buying and multiplying the lot size. The bull move did not last long and when the trend

turned down, there was many more open buys than sells (in terms of total lot size).

I just opened another demo, this time with $5000

Default is TradeBuy = 0 and TradeSell = 0. The prog will then work out the trend

Or you can look at the 15m time frame and decide the trend

for yourself. If up, use tb = 1 ts = 0 and if down then tb = 0 ts = 1.

I like this EA. the owner, designed me a version for mini trades that is really doing well. Min account balance $1,000 and you can feel safe to let it run by it self.

It made nice profit hehe

and is there any service or homepage, except the lousy one on the first post.
is it possible to get the newest version from somewhere?

on $13,000+ - surely this robot cannot be in your top 10 recommendations...?

It's stopped before. I had to manually close all the trades to get it started again. I'm probably going to do that soon.

I started newest EvolutionX issue (straight from the developer) yesterday. It earned ca. 300$ on account of 3000$ (Alpari-demo). I closed the last winning trade and there has been no apparent activity since then... I am bit surprised, because it took just 1 hour for the ea to start when I added it to EURUSD chart yesterday.

Interesting notes:
It seems that this version closes trades from time to time. Thus, there are no hanging bad trades, but... it closes ALL trades -- so it also closed my Robominer open trades.

I wonder when it will come alive again...
