| I can't see the RoboMiner in my Experts folder Looking for some help. I downloaded the RoboMiner from Forex-Goldmine.com and copied it into the experts folder per instructions. I than re-started my FXDD MetaTrader and opened the AUD/NZD chart. Expanded the Expert Advisors folder in the Navagator pane and the RoboMiner is not listed.
Have I missed something?
Thanks in Advance,
ksh62 |

ksh62 | It *sounds* like you've taken all the right steps and done everything correctly -
I've only had this happen once, and basically was pilot-error, in that I thought I had put it in /EXPERTS but was a subdirectory of /Experts... I have also seen others with multiple DEMO accounts, place it in the "wrong" FXDD account file/folder -
Do a "Search" for RoboMiner.ex4 and see if it shows up there - Or try restarting your FXDD account again -
Based on your statement, it should be there - See attached -

At least allow for the possibility that the NZ bank rate cut tomorrow will break the 1.22s and the pair may settle for a while in the 1.26-1.28...
As always, lets be careful in the Forex |

As always, lets be careful in the Forex | Appreciate the concern - but I wasn't clear - I meant, I'm running other EA's on DEMO accounts - .01 against $50k across 15+ pairs on 3 different PC's....
So these are not live - and based on this past week with NZ and AUS - it has indeed been an interesting ride.... Glad I demo'd it first! Am upside down now with RoboMiner 4:1 in the negative.... Hopefully it will settle back...
Cheers- |

| Been running it on both with the same settings - and to my surprise, EUR/CHF is fairing far better than the NZ/AUD -
I'm not a big fan of the EUR/CHF as it can jump/dive 200-500 pips in just a few hours... Been there, done that - got the hat and t-shirt, as well as the hole in my account - However, numbers don't lie - the past 2 weeks have been good for this pair... |

| Appreciate the help. Turns out that I had the RoboMiner stuck in a second version of MT4. Located the proper version and have the RoboMiner running on a Demo acct. Wonder if you can help me with another question. I was interested in backtesting the RoboMiner. I downloaded the AUD/NZD data in the History Center. Went thru all the steps for the strategy test. Clicked "Start" and all appeared to be testing fine. Once the test ended, I clicked on the "Results" and "Graph" tab... nothing there. I than used the same test settings but selected the "MACD Sample" EA that is per loaded. the test showed data and the graph. Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance, ksh62 |

| Hi, this is my first post on pipcop and I was tempted to join it as soon as possible lol. By the way u r doing great! I think it will be a big hit after forexpeacearmy.com. Maybe you should change it to forexEAarmy.com?lol
Anywayz I have a question regarding this robo miner ea. When is the expiration date of the demo?? it runs only for one month? Because I'd like to forward test for at least 2 months. I know the backtest looks very good so far but . . . |

| | Pip Chief of Police and Site Owner | HI Togu, welcome to my site. I'm very glad you like it.
I believe the demo Jerry gave me will run indefinitely, so I think we'll be fine. After it gets to the 90 day mark, I'll ask for a version to run on a live account, and I am pretty sure Jerry will be okay with that - he seems like a really great guy. |
