If that is the case your 20 pips would have taken out 1/2 of you 40 pips TP set in robominer which will mean you would have been up 6% by now if you have a broker that only suck you off, let say 10 pips instead of 20 pips of spread ...
So appreciate Jerry Brunet would enlighten us on this matter in order to maximize profit using this system.

I wanted to balance the dollars at risk between those two currency pairs. Basically I adjusted the EURCHF until the orders closed on that currency were about the same dollar amount as those closed for AUDNZD. To do that, I wound up with a Balance Factor for EURCHF that is twice that of the Balance Factor for AUDNZD. In my case, I arrived at these Balance Factors:
AUDNZD: $1,000
EURCHF: $2,000
That makes the lot size for EURCHF about half of the lot size for AUDNZD.
It's tough to calculate the value per pip in dollars since both sides of the pairs traded have to be related to the USD (in real time) to come up with a bottom-line value. In my most recent orders closed in an IBFX mini account, the AUDNZD worked out to be USD $0.55 per pip for one lot, and the EURCHF worked out to be USD $0.83 per pip.
My conclusion is that setting the Balance Factor to the same number on those two pairs results in a greatly different level of risk for each pair.

Bill |

for me robominer is very of what i've been looking for since a very good while , means between 10 and 20 % profit monthly with very low risk, robominer behave much more intelligently than gridweaver, steady pace ,steady profit,,low dd and floating nomre than 5%,the worst i saw ,this ea is in my top 3
btw my acc grew up 10% in 2 weekks trading eu/chf pair, neat and clean profit |

| hiya to everyone
i am new to forex, but i have been playing with various EA's for the last 6 months.
i have been watching this EA now for a few weeks, and noticing that it never seems to have any negative trades? (well, not at least on my 4 demo accounts)
unless i have missed something in the past 4 weeks of testing it with various balance factors, starting balance, then it seems it always returns a positive trade, apart from the swaps from the brokers???
does anyone have a statement to show negative trades?
just curious about it that's all?
Regards,
Paul. |

| | Pip Chief of Police and Site Owner | The statement you see in the first post is all the testing I've done, but it appears to be very good so far. It's my next candidate to go to a live account review with. |

| Pipcop, If you do go live with Robominer, I hope you are planning to fund it sufficiently. I don't think a $100 mini account will be enough. On the forex-goldmine site, Jerry says for a mini account that trades in 0.01 lot increments you could start with a minimum of $200.
