| isnt it interesting that excalibur has such hugely different results from one broker to another.
this just blows me away.
i sure am very impressed how this ea does its trades, but it clearly shows that the feed from the various brokers makes a huge difference.
on the same note i read on another forum that indikators at times work well and and other times not at all. that too obviously must have something to do with how the data is coming in.
this sure is fascinating to me since they basically all stream the same data for a particular currency pair . but obviously thats not the case.
does anybody have any insights to this??? |

| No Profit I have been trying all the pairs live and demo. With both they make serveral good trades then the loosing trade with DD wipes them out. I do not see a real value here and he is charging way to much for it. FapTurbo and Evolution are both better. |

| Hi Alpine
How long have you been trading this one. There are some demo account results on his site from StorminNorman that look unbelievable.I cant log in to them though.Maybe Bernard can shed some light.I think Evolution died a long protracted death, if we are talking about the one reviewed here.

| just wanted to clear up that this is not my EA. i have however purchased it and bernard has asked me to help moderate his forum.
bear in mind this EA is a trend follower, and as such suffers drawdowns between its big wins.
the 30 minute chart/EA should be watched and trades closed manually if a nice profit is reached, as the 30 min chart is sometimes fickle.
the dailies are designed to allow to run onwards without intervention . |

| Hi PipCop,
I begin to test EXCALIBUR V3.5 on my FxPro demo account from 03.02.2009.
I do the tests on EURUSD/DAILY, EURUSD/M30, GBPUSD/DAILY, USDCHF/DAILY (4 charts) I attached my setting files.
I see , that my FxPro’s demo trades was more less, than yours on 03.02.2009. (For example i have only one GBPUSD trade, whereas you have countless. I don’t understand, why ? PipCop, your trades are 100% automatic by EA, or there are some manual transactions ?
PipCop can you send/attach your setting files ?
Thanks for your help.
Best regards,
Viatoris |

I've done no manual trades, and they are all automatic. I am using all the default settings, unless otherwise indicated in the first post of this thread. |

| Hi Stormin
we have spoken on a few forums over time. I would be pleased to hear your independant results for this series of EAs as you said that you have bought it. Are you happy with it and is it making money?I would value your opinion. Also I can not seem to log in to those IBX demo accounts.Any insights.

| My demo has been trading along nicely making 50 per trade. It has now entered a massive drawdown of over $1000.00. So the account(demo luckily) is looking pretty sad.I think Alpine is right on the mark, but time will tell.

| Dear Pipcop,
Please I bought this EA but having difficulty intalling it in my account with FXCM, the EA was developed with four digit broker setting and my account is five digits. How do you suggest I convert it to suit my broker 's platform. |

| | Pip Chief of Police and Site Owner | You should check with the company who sold it with you to be sure, but generally speaking you just need to add a digit to certain variables. For example, if you have a setting called TP =50, you would change it to TP =500. The same should be true of all variables which measure their setting in pips. |
