All support e-mail requests are answered personally by me nad there might have been a issue with mail servers. Having said this a quick post to the support forum would have answered you question in a few minutes there. There are over 5,000 users currently and this issue has been addressed and answered in full in the support forum.
IBFX, FXDD, Alphai are the preferred brokers, mainly because we have done tens of thousands of trades on every broker out there and have decided on which brokers have the best results.
Taking some time to log into the support forum and reading up on the program solves a lot of un necessary questions and negitive posts.
I have stated over and over agin n the support forums that IBFX is the preferrd broker .
We are here to make pips not stay with any particular broker because we like their name .
IBFX is the preferred broker .

To me if this problem can not be solved from those that created the EA then that is very poor service if you ask me, thanks for your reply anyhow |
Again all your question have been answered many times on the support forum.
Please take a moment to read through there before making such a judgment.

| Hi
I am not trying to be negitive at all, just trying to fund a solution to my problem. I think Excalibur is a great EA and i would really like to test it out. However I do not want to chang brokers to do this, i am very happy where i am and have no problems with any other EA I am using with them, the only EA that is causing this issue is Excalibur. I have requested help for this problems a few times before but never got an answer, yes maybe it was a server issue, not really sure.
Anyhow now you know the problem, was wondering if this issue can be resolved or is it simply something that can not and the only way around it would be change brokers, if this is the case then i do not think the EA is for me
As for your forum, i have been there before but could not find my issue, I did post my problem but never got a satisfactory reply, all i got was basically the same thing, you may have to change brokers. I don't want to do this, i am happy where i am, i just want to know if the issue can be fixed in the EA or not!
I think your EA is very good as pipcop is showing in the forward test, the reviews are great also, i would just like to have my issue solved so i can do my tests with my broker

| It would involve a complete re write of Excalibur to address this iss. If putting a "0" in the expiration time does not address the issue.
It would be impossible to re write the program currently to address this issue but it is on our table here to look at after we have caught up with the continuing incoming orders.
The issue here is that many traders do not want to have to delete pending orders that have been there for hours or days and at times for week so the question currently is do we address the issue of one broker of the issue of the traders who want a walk away program.
We will look at re writing later to enable an expiration of "false" or true" but not sure ti will be writen into Excalibur as the Limited sales edition of 500 copies only has almost been met.
I have already asked the R&D programmers to look into this feature in the other new releases. of of Merlin and Camelot

I noticed you have two IBFX statements and missing the FXPRO statement for this EA. |

| Default Settings Hey Pipcop,
you say that you are using the default settings for this EA. I assume that you loaded the EA onto the charts and that you didnt alter any of the parameters. On the Excalibur instructions, Benard advises on some changes if your broker uses one more digit. Did you follow those instructions? I am using the same broker (alpari-demo) as you but we do not have the same trades since yesterday. I m just wondering what would be considered 'default' because the instructions seem a bit confusing. |

| | Pip Chief of Police and Site Owner | I'm not using 5th decimal demo accounts, so no, I did not make any changes.
For me, the "default settings" means I opened a new chart, then dragged the robot onto the chart, and when the options window is open I make sure the "allow trading" options are enabled, but I do not change any of the settings for the robot itself. |
