Being in the middle of the sale, I see both sides. I think he should
offer
more documentation and support, such as a support forum. I also have to
point
out that GT-Shadow is really designed for traders who are very experienced and enjoy tinkering. From what Jerry has told me, it's really up to the user to experiment and see what works best. He's mentioned that many users have come up with ways to trade that he and Bob never even imagined, and have far better results.
I also have to
point
out that transferring licenses puts him in a position where he can't really be sure if the original buyer is closing the account and such. If he had a DLL which tied into an activation server, then yes, he could control it. But that is not something he does, so he's at a disadvantage there.
I now warn GT-Shadow purchasers that support is mostly non-existent, but do link them to as many resources as I know of. Above and beyond that, most of the questions I have seen from GT-Shadow owners really are questions that they should be able to figure out with back- and forward-testing.
I think this was a learning experience for everyone, me as the reseller, and many GT-Shadow purchasers.
