Arrow FAP Turbo robot review - 4 BROKERAGES AT ONCE

Thanks to donations from our Site Supporters I have purchased and am now testing the FAP Turbo robot.

I am running the robot under SCALPER mode (which is the default setting) on the EURGBP 15M chart except for on the FxPro chart, which is running USDCAD because FxPro didn't have EURGBP.

UPDATE: Turns out FxPro DOES have EURGBP but I didn't see it because it was in a third menu at the bottom. I have changed the FxPro robot over as of 1-30-2009 10:00am EST but have otherwise not restarted the robot as it seemed to perform okay (well, at lease not terribly) on the USDCAD.

UPDATE 2009-02-09 - The FxPro instance stopped working with a message saying the registration key was invalid. I had to re-activate this robot today. I am not sure how long it was not trading for.

UPDATE 2009-02-17 4:00 PM EST - The Alpari instance has also stopped working with a message saying the registration key was invalid. I am waiting on tech support as I cannot seem to re-activate the key.
UPDATE 2009-02-17 6:15 PM EST - Alpari is up and running again.

UPDATE 2009-03-24 - All robots stopped trading for an unknown timeframe as FAP Turbo has a trick expiration date built it. I have updated to the latest 37 version and started the robots again.

UPDATE 2009-05-06 - The FXDD instance has been stopped because FXDD seems to have deleted my demo account.

I am running the robot on FOUR brokerages simultaneously [Experimental!]: Alpari, FXDD, IBFX, FxPro.

Here are the statements, in no particular order:

Nice one PipCop.

Hope the experiment works OK.

Noticed some 'cruft' at the bottom of the initial post -> g3b.xp3b

Never noticed it before, too busy scrolling to new posts. Thanks for the explanation.

This is brilliant I did the same thing last year before the great demo debocal.

It will be good to see if you get the same results I got.

This will settle this once and for all.

Hi PipCop,

are you also going to run FapTurbo "long term" on the eurusd on a separate demo account? Over the last few weeks it has been quite active on my demo account so I think it would be interesting to see how it goes.

cheers NightFX

I think I might do that in a week or so after I see if thse multiple instances hold up. If so, then I'll just run 4 more.

Hi Pipcop,
Are you sure about FXpro not having EURGBP?
Anyway, I've had (like other people out there) very bad results with USDCAD pair, maybe you should use EURCHF instead.
Just my opinion.
