Meanwhile, I am looking at Robominer and must say I don't feel at ease investing with it when I see that some trades are still open from November 2008. | I had been keeping tabs on the FAP Turbo settings you are referring to but I decided to dump FAP Turbo months ago.
I have been watching all kinds of Robominer statements and I have not encountered one with open trades dating back to last November. can you provide a link to a valid live or demo statement where trades are still open from last November?

I'm glad your making money following them, but I really question their choices and promotional pump.
I've been using the med risk settings from the FapTurboExpertGuide since earlier this summer with good results, only trading the EURCHF and the USDCAD. They along with several other FAP-T reviewers have droped the EURGBP because of consistant bad results, and I cant understand why anyone would bother trying to scalp the GBPCHF, the spread is larger than the gain. You can also check DonnaForex's settings and results, when she get FAP-T back online.
The difference with the PipCop testing is they are running full default settings, which are rather questionable. |

| | Pip Chief of Police and Site Owner | You must be looking at an old statement. There are no trades open from November. Read the warning below the statement window, and be sure you are looking at the CURRENT statement. |

Rick | I believe it was on Gloworm statement that was accessible online but it seems Gloworm has removed the link to his account, as far as I can remember. |

Thanks | If I had them on hand I would have posted them. You can access them on her site for free. Again, if I had the address on hand I would post it, I think its just donnaforex.com, but you can run a search, all I do is follow the links in her weekly e-mail. |

Thanks for this valuable information it sounds very interesting. The comments you mentioned on the the other thread is also appreciated and so true as I am a genuine pee wee at EA's I do admit. Have you been using the FT evolution and opened at Dukascopy ? please comment. |

| TiKin,
I didnt buy the Evolution, most of my EA's are eiter free ones or inexpensive commercial EA's. As with trading systems and trading in general, I dont think expensive or complicated is the path to profits. Not to put down or disrespect the Evolution, I'm totaly ready to be proven wrong, but I see most of these EA's as toys that I would not trust with anything but the barest of risk capital.
Even the best EA, if I do not know exactly how it thinks, and do not know exactly what to expect from it, is a hazard to my account if given too much leeway. Really, mechanical bad decisions are no better than emotional bad decisions, both lose money.
If you wish to really learn about EA's, this is not the place. This is more of a review and complain site for newbies searching for a grail. Most of the postings are more about emotions and expectations and disilusionment, than any practical analysis. But its all worthwhile, and its definately a reflection on the marketplace.
If you truly wish to learn about EA's, go to the mql4.com site, MetaQuotes development and tutorial site. There is more information there than I can begin to use or explain. |

I was bouncing back and forth between this site and the FPA site, and they are definately the emotional review and complain site.
Still, check out mql4.com for real EA building information. Consider how you trade, and what you want an EA to do for you, and be real, if these things were capable of doing what they say, they would have to close all the markets. But, they can filter and auto trade their settings, some better than others. If you know their system, and you have the sense to choose when to use them, and when not to, and you dont overleverage them, they can be useful. |

| | Pip Chief of Police and Site Owner | No worries, Ken! I agree - this site really is aimed at new users primarily, or just people who want to watch reviews in general. It's not a real "high end" site for programmers or advanced self-traders. The MQL4 site is great, the documentation is amazing, and you really can learn about the EAs and how they are written if you go through everything there. |
