Well, I have given up on mt4stats.com. The combination of the non-standard statements, the calculation errors, the navigation bugs and the nonsense today with the inability to post a statement and their site rolling back the statement files 24 hours has driven me over the edge.

I need my pure Metatrader statement files available on the web so that they can be viewed and also can be loaded by the mt4analysis project into a database.

I will no longer be updating my stats on mt4stats.com. Instead, I have created a place on my own website and created some sub-domains to make navigation to my statements easy.

The new locations are up and running now, here they are:

Both statement files will be updated every five minutes when the market is open. The statements are pure...right from the Metatrader publisher with no alterations.

I have updated my signature with hyperlinks to my Metatrader statements so that you can navigate to my statements from any of my posts.

Hi Rick - Nice to see your statements. One small thing concerning security though, you might want to munge the account number as it is possible that someone could use that to access your account (unlikely I admit, but it's amazing what a gifted con artist can do if they were to ring up Alpari with these details).

I agree that there is a security risk but keep in mind that Alpari UK has implemented a challenge password that they ask you for when you call them up. This is not 100% reliable as the staff member might not remember to ask for it or a crafty, slick type could probably get around this.

Update: Done. Statements modified. These updated statement files will not show any name or account number. I have left the broker information as is. I think it is important that people viewing the statement know which broker I am using.

It was a great trading week and month with my live account.

There was five trades this week. One MegaDroid and four vForce Like EA V1.1.

Week: $1,565.74, 13.86%, $313.15/day

It was also the second best month that I have ever had in terms of ROI. It was the best month I have ever had in terms of profit amount.

Month: $2,925.77, 29.45%, $146.29/day

I only had one Ambush trade in July. vForce has been very profitable for me so far although my live account has only taken 5 vForce trades over two weeks. We'll see if vForce can sustain it's profitability.

See my live account statement. I am in DD also. 13.78% as I write this. Keep in mind that I am running at risk 23 (default Magic Machine setting). I am not terribly concerned at this point . I have seen worse with this EA. I have calculated that I can take over 400 pips of DD before the account blows (way beyond the 120 pip hard stop).

If you have a 30% DD at this point , you must be running the EA pretty hot. What is your risk setting? Somewhere around 50? I have run backtests at 50 and the EA almost always ends the trade positively. The hard stop is 120 pips. What is your total lot size on the two orders? Calculate your maximum loss in pips (opening balance / (lot size * 10)). The EURUSD is easy to calculate.

My demo account is running vForce at risk 50. Total lot size is 3.47. Balance at the start of the trade was $6,971.99 and current trade balance is -$2,165.28 (as I write this). That is 31.06% DD. I also have a EURUSD Boomerang trade in the same direction on the same account. At 3.47 lot size, my demo account can take a 200 pip DD before it blows. That is way past the hard stop so worse case is I loose $4,164.00 (120 * (3.47 * 10)) not including any rollover fees.

I am using 50% risk on the demo account. Actually, I just dropped the EA on the chart and I did not change the properties. Fortunately, this is just a demo account...

I don't know what the default settings are because I used the set file after dropping the EA on the chart. Did you use the same set file I posted here? Those set files use risk 23 I think. Anyway, if you looked up the risk in the EA, I guess that is what it is.

If this trade full stops' out, it will be the first time since April 10, 2008 that this has happened with this EA. It is due since a full stop loss has not happened in 2009 at all. But I did not say that

Well, it happened, both stops were hit. I am left with just 20000 of my original 50000 demo account . It will take years before I regain that amount . vForce showed its fangs.
