| Megadroid Hi Rick,
As you know Fapturbo only scalps on the 15 minute time frame and does its long term on the 1 minute time frame. So when I was running Fapturbo, I would set up at least 5 identitcal charts on the 15 minute time frame and drop a copy of Fapturbo on each chart. I found some robots would trade sooner than others; probably because of a random number thing in the program which separates everyone's trades; so that we do not all enter a trade all at once and swamp our brokers. I think this random number spacer is set when I drop the robot onto a chart, instead of when the trade is made.
Anyway as I moved on to Megadroid, I discovered Megadroid would run on any time frame. So right now I have Megadroid set on 6 charts of EUR/USD, the 1 minute, 5, 15, 30, 1 hour and 4 hour charts. I have done the same with Maestro, only on more different pairs; since Maestro will trade on any pair. What I find as a general rule is that the 1 minute chart makes more trades, then the 5 minute, and on up to the 4 hour chart where there usually are no trades. There are exceptions, however. On GBP/USD I found more trades on the 15 minute chart. Any way the best strategy is to run at least 5 charts and of course spread out your lot-size, just in case they all hit at once; which has happened with Megadroid.
Keep in mind, if you do this, each copy of Megadroid needs 2 different reference (magic) numbers to keep track of its conservative and its aggressive trades. If you run 5 copies of Megadroid, you must use 10 different reference numbers. This is not a problem; since with 8 digits, you have a billion combinations. Of course these numbers must also be different from any other reference numbers on any other robots you are running.
Megadroid traded for me on the 1 minute chart on Monday June 22 for a win of 6 pips live on IBFX. Another trader reported a Megadroid win on Tuesday. |

I never thought about running MegaDroid on the different time frames.

| June 22-26 Results A quiet week this week in my live account. One Ambush trade started on Wednesday that still has not closed and two small MegaDroid trades.
Week $8.91, 0.14%, $1.78/day
I am going to make an adjustment to the risk in MegaDroid. When an Ambush trade is in DD, I will set the MegaDroid risk to 5% and 20% risk when there is no Ambush trade active.
I also pulled Forex Derivative from my demo account. I will be getting a refund from this loosing EA.
I m currently running Forex Boomerang, Batchboy's and 1ka's TripleHeaderMACD and my very own FL_MACD on my VPS demo account.

| June Monthend Results June was a great live trading month for me. Second best since December 2008.
Almost all of the profit was from Forex Ambush with a small amount from MegaDroid ($123.17 or 2.4%).
Month: $1,202.60, 23.16%, $60.13/day
So far, I am getting some great results with MACD EA testing on my VPS demo account. It's a little too early to report (less than a week) so I'll defer my report until the end of this week.

| | Pip Chief of Police and Site Owner | You have caught my eye with Forex Ambush. I will have to try that out. Do you mind my asking what your starting balance was? |

My balance at that time was $4,662.16. I have made a contribution to my live account since then and I am not including that in the profit values.
Total profit since May 1st: $1,732.75 or 37.17% ROI
Profit breakdown: Megadroid: $113.06 or 6.5%, Ambush: $1,619.69 or 93.48%

| | Pip Chief of Police and Site Owner | Impressive. I will have to get that under review. Too bad it's so expensive. I guess good things never come cheap, huh? |

Keep in mind that Ambush is not a EA in the traditional sense. It is a signal service. Signals are sent to an email address or SMS and you manually enter the trade. Ambush does have a automated subscription service per month where the signal is sent to FXDD (only at this time) via their proprietary platform (not MT). But this requires a non MT account with FXDD.

| | Pip Chief of Police and Site Owner | You're probably right.
But yes, I saw that it's not MT4. That's too bad because I would love to get the automated service and then also have MT4 publish the statements. Is there any way to do that with the platform they give you for the mini account? |

It just depends on how much work/trouble it is going to be to automate it.
