It has started off as an excellent week and hopefully a excellent month. I had some loss at the beginning of last week on both my Demo and Live Account. I was predicting as per my testing methods that this is to be expected and not anything to be concerned with. I was expecting that the recovery would take 2 days but it made it in one.

Great job Mike ,

While I love the results, you are taking one h*ll of a chance that you do not have multiple large losses.

In looking at your statement, you have had two large losses, one at 75 pips and one at 54 pips. Suppose you had one or two of these each night? Just wondering what you would do?

What settings are you using to achieve these amazing results?

I just got my Alpari live account funded and I'm going back to live trading today. I am going with the stock FAP Turbo settings to make sure that I get the same or similar results with an Alpari live account as with the demo. I remember what I found out about IBFX and the major difference in the spread between the live and demo accounts.

I wanted to post an update to my live real money Fap Turbo Account.
I made an almost fatal error and did not follow my trading strategy rules.
I had spent alot of time investigating and testing the Fap trubo EA and had decided in my mind that it was a very solid EA.
Fap Turbo is acting and reacting exactly as I thought it would and many of my Ivestigations are/have been confirmed.
I made a mistake by doing some manual trading on the same account. I also made the mistake of placing the Maestro EA on the same account. the results have contaminated my Fap Turbo forward live testing with real money.
I am sorry for doing this and equally sorry to myself for breaking my own rules. This is the carnal rule in trading "Stick to your Strategy". I did not and now I will pay for it.

If anyone is interested you will see that my Live, real money Account is down considerably.
I have removed all from this Account except Fap Turbo and I will NOT contaminate this Account again. I will only make necessary adjustments to the Fap EA.

I have also found an issue with Fap Turbo on my Live ForexVPS server account.
I am running Alpari US and today 03.10.2009 I have found my EA shut down 2 times with the Alert "your account is not activated, please activate you account".
I have contacted FAP support and wil be calling them tommorrow regarding this problem.
So I am not sure how long Fap Turbo has been off today but it made no trades. I will update as soon as I have an answer from support.

As of today Fap Turbo support was absolutely no help at all and rather a joke. They don't even act like they know how the EA works.
So I removed the EA from my Charts, remove the EA from my MetaTrader Expert folder and the DLL file from the Library folder.
I then re-installed Fap Turbo and set it back on the Charts with my settings.
It is back up and running for now but I did find out that it de-activated itself at exactly 2:01 pm PST. This is curious due to the fact that Fap Turbo trades during the Asian session. I believe it may have some problem when it goes into active trade mode and de-activates the EA key code.
I will continue to monitor the situation and I will be having a technical support meeting on Friday with FapWinner support staff, who seem to know more about this EA than it's own support staff.

Fap Turbo continued to run with no problems today and has increased the Account.
Tommorrow on Friday, FapWinner support is supposed to call me regarding de-activation issues. I will post the findings on Friday March 13, 2009.
Today was a great trade day for Fap Turbo. All Accounts increased in size very nicely.

Hi Plypun,

You are running the Fap Turbo EA?
If you are, the EA does not trade on Fridays.
Another reason the EA doesnt trade is due to spread size too large. You can increase the Max Spread to whatever the spread is but this causes more risk.
Another reason is that the Market is too volatile. The EA trades during the Asian session.
On my platform I am running Alpari demo and Alpari live. My GMT offset is 1.
At 2200 on Alpari server time, Fap Turbo begins trading and only trades for about 4 hours. I usually have 5 to 6 trades per day.

These are usually the main reasons it does not trade.

How do you like Alpari-US for live? I've demo'd a bunch for FapTurbo and still have yet to sort out one I can at least not distrust. They're all the same unless ECN, but that's out for now. I thought Forex.com was the closest, but connections are wiggy now. Any thoughts on withdrawls/funding from the original broker of MT4?

I like Alpari US fine. They seem to execute my trades well and I haven't noticed any problems. I wish I could open an Account with Alpari UK but I am a US Citizen. Alpari US only offers 1:100 leverage for now and Alpari UK offers up to 1:500.
So far i will stay with them until I find something better. I will be opening a live Account with PFG Best soon. They have a nice range of currency pairs.
