Dear pip cop
Its not correct what you tell me .
I have pay this EA and if i want to put it in another broker , because in the first he loose my money , i'm free to make .
i know that i can use it in only one real account .
I don't want to use Fap turbo in 2 real account .
I want only to change the broker , no more ibfx but AFB ( all this is not correct ????? i'm the owner of this EA , i have allready payed.
You make exsample with windows , but if you want you can change your pc there is no problem , but you can run it only in one pc .
i have pay fap turbo and i not can use it , i don't can believe.
this its not honest sorry
maybe its better because he loose my money , but for me its not finish , i want back my money if i dont' can use it where i want

I am truly sorry for the trouble, but that is the way almost all commercial Forex robots are. It's simply to protect their intellectual property from being shared. Unlike Windows that can check your installation via the Activation process over the internet, robots can only check for a few things like the account number or if the account is demo/live. Without being able to code in the account number, anyone could use it on any account and give it away for free.

I also resell robots for Forex Goldmine and they have the exact same policy. Many companies who provide robots to me to test also require a single account number or they won't give it to me.

So basically, yes you do own it, but you are only licensed to use it on the account number you provided at the time of purchase. You can use it on one account at a time. In order to get a robot that works on a new account, you must provide proof that you cannot use it on the old account. To do that, you simply need to transfer that old account to a new account number and then you can use your robot on any broker you want.

Yes, it's confusing. Yes, it's a hassle. But yes, it's necessary for the companies to protect their property because they have been ripped off by people who were not as honest as you. Unfortunately, software pirates and thieves make it hard for honest people like you, me, and members on PipCop. That is the price we all have to pay for criminals.

You should provide us a screenshot with closing your broker account.
Or confirming letter from the broker . This way we can reset your
activation section and you will be able to activate the software on
the new broker account. Also we need your receipt(batch) number of
payment.

Someone knows tell me, because to change a broker with EA that I paid, I will have to close my account on the old broker .
I have the another EA in this broker and i don't want to close the account only for have fap turbo inside to another broker
OR MAYBE THE PEOPLE OF FAP TURBO WANT THAT I WILL BUY AGAIN THE EA

This is the biggest issue I have with FapTurbo...

Thats why you have to decide carefully which BROKER you want to install inititally..

Stick with one big and reliable broker ..not those bucket shops..else your profits might suffer..
