Another one of my rants.
EA's that authenticate against a server on initialization have a big problem if the authenticating server is offline or malfunctioning.
A couple of weeks ago, we saw this with MegaDroid. The EA would not authenticate. At least the error message was correct.
This evening, we experienced the same thing with Forex Photon. I am not positive in this case as EA still will not authenticate and the error message is worded as there is something wrong with my license (lots of others that use FF are experiencing the same thing). We are still waiting for FF support to respond.
