How did you pay for the funds to open the account, and how long ago? If it was less than 60 days, and you paid with PayPal or a credit card, you can contact the card issuer and tell them you want to do a chargeback. The issuer will forcibly take the money back and you'll be done with it.

I do not think that this is what Stelen wants. The initial deposit was $300. He/she earned additional $1900 and now they want to steal part of the profits... I guess they would be happy to pay the $300 only...

Oooh, I missed that. In that case, it may be wise to hire a lawyer to write a letter on his letterhead stating that if the funds are not delivered they will sue for the money, damages, fees, and report them to a variety of agencies...

That may cost $100 or so, but could be well worth it.

I found out that InvesttechFX is running the forex broker

business from a virtual office , the toronto address they use as corporate office shows on google search that is only a virtual office. Which can a big problem for them, it is supposed to against a canadian laws to run a financial institution from virtual office. Also they are registered as a InvesttechFX software solutions company, this way not obligated to report to any forex or trade agency.
I'm contacting : The Ontario Securities Commission

(OSC) and also
Ministry of Consumer Services
Consumer Protection Branch in Toronto

Will be filling a complaint with them.

I have received all my funds from InvesttechFX today, my account is closed.

Did they made you close the account or you decided it on your own?

I am still with them. This is the smallest of my accounts and I definitely will not upload any more funds. However, it seems that the account works very well with Megadroid.

**IMPORTANT**

Everyone pay close attention to this reply. I am the original user who sent in the message which caused this post to be created.

InvestTechFX has refunded my entire balance to my full satisfaction. My request for a refund was executed within 24 hours to my Paypal account. Oh and by the way, I have not sent in a request since my original post. I dropped out for a while.

Suggest that this post be removed, once enough users have viewed the outcome.
