| Yea, I am actually just wondering if this last two sentences I quoted just refer to wave trailing and trail pips, or if that means wave trailing and trail pips don't work with Smart Exit on ...
However when backtesting it (starting some time around 2000), the result with Smart Exit on is much better then without it. So whatever it means, Smart Exit on seems to be the best pick. |

| What is wrong with this picture? This is how the FGB's official myfxbook looks like today on my screen. This is not an edited pic! Seems like FGB has some hidden martingale strategy?

Take a lot at how my FGB is right now (attached) which is also terribly wrong.

| To be honest I was a bit surprised that you picked this EA for a review. It has been around for more than a year now, but performance has decreased steadily. The last 6 months it is caught in a vertical channel, that it cannot seem to break out of. It must have been one of those Ea's that exploits a specific pattern of EurUSD, which is no longer valid. I have tried to run it on other currencies with backtest, but they all came out negative. Really a pity, because I like breakout EA's. |

Being a trend -following EA, it has times of closed trade DD.
It is not true to say that the Quote: |

| at least not in the official ThinkForex real account ( here). The absolute high was $3,800 on Nov 10 which was not anywhere near 6 months ago. This is followed by a secondary high on Nov 25. Since that high on Nov 25, it has slumped back to a low on Dec 9 and has moved higher to about the same equity as on Nov 29. This pattern shows a standard trend -following closed trade DD, nothing more.

| Today FGB did extremely well. This is one of those rare days that is really pays off to use this EA. If only there was a way to make the equity curve less choppy...
Did you ask for a refund for this EA? I am personally not running it anymore. I consider it a good EA, which will not blow your account. But it is not the kind of EA, the progress of which you check every day. More like to forget for a month and be suprised. Hopefully in a positive sence. |

My FGB did ok. Still wallowing in the muck around 0% although I still have 5 shorts open.
My 60 days is not up yet. Did this EA have a 60 day refund thing? I need to look this up. Thanks for the reminder.

| Homerun for this EA today! However there is something dishonest in the history of this EA. In the very beginning the EA creator was trading with 0.05 lotsize, with an equity of only 250 usd. That is win all or lose all strategy! No wonder it has such a high gain %. If there were any regulatory body in FX Market, that would be condemned as cooking the books. |
