What is it?
It is a semi-automated trading system designed to capture momentum break outs. The trader has to setup and label
trend
-lines based on their analysis and iDRAW will enter positions automatically once momentum has entered the market. The advantage of using iDRAW is to give traders the flexibility to trade based on their
technical analysis
skills, without having to monitor the market all day.
What does it do?
iDRAW will automatically enter trades on momentum breakouts giving you the best possible entry
point
to capture as many pips as possible. A take profit and stop loss value is set by the user and a trailing stop is optional to secure profits. Multiple entry levels offers flexibility while maximizing potential on each momentum break out. A Time filter allows the user to setup the semi-automated trading system at their leisure while ensuring that your trade is entered at the correct trading session (Trading window) without being subjected to notorious bull traps and bear traps. One Trade Deactivation prevents entering multiple positions from the same
trend
-line.
Is it easy to use?
No indicators are needed. No variables need
adjustment
. No special trading experience needed. Setup is done in 3 easy steps.
1.) Draw a
trend
-line.
2.) Label the
trend
-line.
3.) Turn the
expert advisor
function on.
Trend Lines and Me
Introduced to FX in 2006. Live accounts in 2008. First consistent profit in 2009. Fell in love with
trend
line strategies in 2010. I started to share free copies of iDRAW in late 2010 for feedback and to make a complication of all the great ideas out there. In result iDRAW 1.4 has several order management features for advanced
Trend
Line Traders, while the free version iDRAW_FV is a basic version for getting beginners and demo testers started. With well over 200 downloads of the free version, we've taken the team collaboration one first further by making a Yahoo Groups that will be offered soon to previous testers of iDRAW to share Trade Setups and strategies in an organized manner as forums are a dreadful and inefficient. I am here today to share the basic version and let people follow my live account on MyFXBook.
If you want to know more about the development of iDRAW, google Trendmeleaveme.
If you want to know more about
Trend
line trading and how many pushed the limits of automation, look for Demark EA , Demark
Trend
line
indicator
.
Here is the Demark EA found on this site -
http://www.pipcop.com/forums/previou...ed-2719-a.html
as it was a HOT IDEA and worked well on DEMO before falling apart on a LIVE account.
I don't recommend using complete automation as the markets behavior changes through out the course of the year and
trend
line strategies can be used different in each cycle within the Financial markets.
The Yahoo Group Was designed to share my knowledge, strategies, and Live Trade Setups for years to come.
Thanks for looking at this system and enjoy the
free version.
Its stable and Very useful. Non expiring and ready for Live accounts when ever you are.
We recommend downloading iDRAW Free Version from our website, therefore you will have a chance to join the Yahoo Groups. There are free versions floating around on several other FX forums, but by becoming a member at Pipinvestment you will be the first to know about the launching of the Yahoo groups and have an opportunity to Join for a Trial Run.
