I am sure you stated this in you on of your Posts but I have looked quickly through them and I am not able to see which broker you are using. I am considering FXCBS. They have some touchy reviews on Forex Peace Army, but he also have some very good ones. When I enter FXCBS scam on Google nothing bad comes up. I have asked them about the bad reviews and they have answered them to my satisfaction.

Post #1 of my trading journal contains the current information for both my live and demo accounts including the broker , the start date, the start capital and what VPS I use.

I have stopped trading this EA and asked for a refund.

After trading 20 days (March 10-April 6), Primeval-EA has been a looser both in pips and in money.

Well, the Primeval-EA vendor refuses to refund my money. Here is the email transscription:

Your demo account with Alpari UK is going too slow, our EA has practically doubled the account in much less the time you've been testing all of those useless EAs
and using conservative settings, otherwise the demo was going to be tripled or more:

As you can see, the vendor keeps wanting me to keep running this loosing EA while not honoring their refund agreement. The vendor has changed the refund agreement and nothing leads me to believe that they will honor the now changed agreement.

I have now went to Plimus and asked them for a refund.

This is not good ! I have tried to find the 45 day guarantee agreement on there web site to read it but it is not visible. Its only states 100% Guarantee, what does that mean? Without being able to read the conditions I cannot understand his reluctance to refund your money. He does not have many customers. Keep me posted. Randie

The Primeval-EA web site does not attach any conditions to the refund. But they are playing games with me. They want me to run the EA longer than a month. I don't know, bottom line, why they won't give me my money back.

I don't know how many customers they have.

I am still waiting for Pliums to respond to my refund request. So far, they have acknowledged that I have requested a refund from them but that's it so far.

This is a very distressing situation. If you would have put $5,000.00 in FXCBS account he does not control the refund then, I guess? Please let me know what happens. I have three Robots running and all three are making money. I hope he returns you money.

If you get the EA for free by opening an FXCBS account using Primeval-EA as the IB , there is no refund.
