Ken & Pipdetector,

Thanks a bunch for your very helpful comments. I have been running MegaDroid on my live account for a long time with default everything. It has done well in terms of accuracy rate

but the profit is low. I think I am going to change the settings in accordance with Ken's comments but gradually increase the risk. 40% is higher than I have ever run MD even on my demo account.

Ken, I am running MD along with The Channel Scalper on my live account and I have never encountered any problems with both of them trading. I agree that some scalping EA's may cause problems with MD's trading. Also keep in mind that I have been running MD at the default of 10% and there may be a problem as I increase the risk.

Pipdetector, did you get your MD Pro right after the purchase of Forex Maximizer? How? An email? I have yet to get mine. I am anxious to get MD Pro on a demo account. Also checkout my Forex Maximizer review and the account on MyFxBook.

I got the MD Pro e-mail as soon as I purchased Forex Maximizer. There was a link to download page. Don't forget to check Spam folder in your mail client -- this is were my MD confirmation

e-mail ended up.

BTW, I did not pay for Forex Maximizer Advanced, but it was in the Forex Maximizer zip that I downloaded anyway... Added as bonus?

I just read on DonnaForex about Advanced being included anyway.

If I get MD Pro out of it, I still will not feel that bad.

Megadroid Pro is interesting, but is it the final version or a beta version. By giving a few away as bonuses they could just be testing the water to see if any problems surface before the big release. I had thought they already gave a version of MDPro away when the FAP-T Evolution came out.

Maximizer sounds like a total scam. First its $97. If you try to leave it becomes $87. If you still try to leave without buying it dropd to $77. And if you still try to leave they automaticaly redirect you to the payment form. If you do buy it, as soon as they get your money they try to sell you the advanced version that they never told you about originally, and if you buy that theres still the manual strategy they try to sell. Let me know if this things any good. I've been down this path before and I'm staying clear.

Also, Megadroid took a loss for me last night on all my platforms. Small loss, -42 pips. It should come back quickly even without the Recovery Mode on.

Rick, my concern about running multiple EA's had more to do with my position size than the ability to trade... At that size a few trades on top of it could cause problems. Also if the NFA mode is on it shouldnt take multiple trades on the same currency

My MD also had a trade last night but it was very profitable (14.8 pips).

I re-read your concern and I agree that using scalper's at high risk uses up free margin

for other EA's. The first EA to open the trade gets the full lot size and the second EA automatically gets a lower lot size. This can really skew things if the first EA takes a loss.

Fortunately, only MegaDroid on my live account trades EURUSD. The Channel Scalper trades EURGBP.

BTW, when I just increased the MD risk from 0.10 to 0.20, the calculated lot size went from 0.22 to 0.44. I guess that means 0.88 lots if the risk was 0.40.

In my case I had one MD trade (but small position size) on FXDD that managed a 15 pips profit and I had a couple of MD Pro trades none of which finished with a loss.

Well I'm finally live with megadroid on ATC. All settings default except risk, which is .15 instead of .1

I went to set up publishing through myfxbook, but for some reason it's not working, which is a shame because it's already made a profitable trade!

If anyone can help me get the publisher running, I'd be more than happy to post the link....but so far, so good. It took long enough to get it live!

Get in touch with myfxbook support, they will guide you. I had some problems and they pointed me to the reference that I needed on their website. (Don't forgeting about checking the Enable box on the Publisher tab ;-) BTW, if MD has made a profitable trade, it will show in the myfxbook, no worry about it.

anyone notice something strange going on right now? the ATC site is showing me spreads of about .8, but megadroid and MT4 are showing me spreads of 8 full pips. Why is it doing this?
