Yes you should be fine. MD is trading 1.2 lot with my 7.2k deposit.

And you're with an ECN/STP broker , right? What are your slippage settings? I'm not sure how they are configured with STP brokers, or if it even matters with them.

Yes I am with a ECN broker . I haven't really paid attention the the slippage settings, they are on default just like my other settings on MD. Why? Is there a difference with slippage between STP & ECN brokers?

I was told it wasn't a concern with ECN/STP brokers, but something to be wary of with the others. I was just making sure the slippage settings should be left alone.

Okay, well my receipt code is okay now and Megadroid is ready to roll on my demo account with JadeFX. No trades yet, but that's expected. I am currently running a back test with all default settings except for risk, which I've put to 15%.

MD made the first trade of the week: Went long on 20:32 ( GMT ) and closed it on 21:08 with 11.5 pips profit for me

I tried setting Megadroid up with FXbook and my JadeFX demo account, but it says the connection is still pending.

It made one trade, and I made 51 profit. It opened another buy, but that's down 200 something right now, so we'll see how it works.

I had the same 2 trades. First trade 11 pips profit, second trade got closed because I was messing around on a 4H chart with a template which had MD attached to it, so when MD started on the 4H chart it closed the second trade with a 20 pips loss. This shouldn't have happend because for all other users MD hold on to this trade and closed it when it was around the open price. So for me this is a $300 lesson not to mess around with MD when it's trading.

I purposely put the risk on .15 so it would trade similar to your account, and it seems like it's working that way.

Mine is on a demo account, so I suppose the JadeFX demo is very representative of how Megadroid will actually trade. That second losing trade ended up closing with a 7.50 loss....not too bad considering it was a big loser at one point . Looks like megadroid really does know what it's doing....so far.
