Thanks. That's half what the spread is on Forex.com. I have to change over!

Another reason I chose ATC is because Bravehoststamps said it was an ECN broker . Which is better for megadroid because it has a direct connection with the market or something. And IamFx is not a ECN broker but a STP , I don't know what all this mean, but it is something to look into.

I'm looking forward to seeing someone running MD with IamFX, because it really seems to be a good broker for my friends who have less then $5k to invest. ( especially with the free VPS )

@Pipcop; Aud/NZD is currently at 4.6 pips spread , and Eur/CHF 2.6 pips spread .
For ECN/STP brokers, from what I understand they are fairly similar with a few small differences. Both, however, in my limited understanding, are great for Megadroid.

If your longest trade with Megadroid was 2 hours, you likely wouldn't have been charged a swap fee. However, I'd like to know, definitively, if ATC is swap free or not. This would be very helpful.

Well I just picked up Megadroid, and I'll be demoing it very soon...maybe even starting tonight. I will have access to $5,000 in funds, so I will not demo it on ATC, as it's a proven broker (please, though, someone tell me if their accounts are swap free. If so, I'm going live with them because JadeFX and IAMfx are not!)

Help me choose between IAMfx and JadeFX. Spreads are comparable from what I hear, but IAMfx has a 1 commision and JadeFX has a .5 commission . Also, I'm not sure about the swap situation on IAMfx but I've heard the swap with JadeFX can be excessive if trades are open for a while (which I'm not sure if megadroid does or not.) IAMfx holds the advantage of a free VPS, but I'm not entirely sure how necessary that is. Any input is appreciated!

And, by the way, I'll start a myFXbook for demo and live account

Oh! I forgot to mention, the guy from Advanced Droid Tactics emailed me back. He plans to resume sale of the product at the end of this month!

Update: Went to configure it all tonight. Some information you might find useful;

1. I am using JadeFX to demo at this time.
2. Their server ping, for me, is 156ms (not sure how relevant this is. how does server ping factor in with megadroid?)
3. Attached it to the chart properly. Pretty sure I have everything down so far. Megadroid has a smiley face, so according to the manual it's configured properly.
4. Entered my receipt code from clickbank. Unfortunately, there's an authorisation error. I sent a support ticket into the company for help.

At this point , I'm set up properly, but for some reason the program won't accept my receipt code. Now I am left in suspense, as I was looking forward to at least backtest the default settings!

Good to see everything is set up. What settings are you using? I'm going with 0.15 risk and everything else on default.

And I wouldn't worry to much about swap , an average MD trade takes around 1 hour. But you can just email brokers and ask them about their swap .

Right now everything is on default. However, I can't use it yet, as Clickbank apparently sent me the wrong receipt code. I can't get it to authorise. Megadroid support has been no help, and they told me to contact Clickbank to get the proper code.

I'll be starting with a .1 risk, but I think I'm going to want to run it a little hotter, especially considering Advanced Droid Tactics is being re-released (and if ADT made Megadroid trade more on brokers with inadequate spreads, imagine what it can do on STP brokers with low spreads!)

I'm excited; I just hope the issue about my receipt code is resolved promptly.

Are there any live statements of people using this ADT with MD and showing some nice profits over a long period of time? I never trusted these MD tactics because there's not much settings to change. I always thought these tactics will tell you to change the GMT settings so MD will trade more often. But this will also result in more loosing trade because MD is trading when it's not suppose to trade.

If you buy or already bought these tactics, let us know if they are any usefull.

I don't have the tactics, but I will be buying them when they are re released. I don't know what settings it changes, but I have seen live statements and it does trade more, is more profitable (based on what I've seen,) and people swear by it. Not to mention, I think it was said the guys on 4xproject.com used it for their MD live account.

Ok interesting, can you link some of those statements?

Unfortunately, I don't have them on me at the moment. You can try googling "Advanced Droid Tactics Live Statements" though. There are a bunch of forums and members who have tried it out.

I found this thread: http://forexmegadroid-forum.com/view...t=196&start=40, were people are discussing the ADT. People seem to get alot more trades but also alot more losing trades ( by changing the GMT settings ). There are alot of statements posted, but to bad the thread is outdated and all the statements are deleted. Looking forward to see your results with the new ADT.

Pretty weird MD didn't get your Clickbank code, your sure you entered the right order number from the clickbank email?

Hey, guys.

For JadeFX, the smallest trade size is 0.1 lot. Is this okay for megadroid accounts of $2k to $5k? I'm not sure if people trade smaller lots with megadroid.
