And while I'm on the subject, how on earth can you be an independent judge like 'PipCop' porports to be when he's advertising himself as an 'authorized reseller' of one of the products he's judging ?

Now I'm sure the guy is a decent and honest member of the public but hardly bodes well for his independence......

(a) I'm not a 'tad bitter' but I am a realist and have probably been around much longer than you lot, so I know what I'm talking about.
(b) You don't want my 'negativity' because you can't face the truth
(c) 6 and a half days is worthy of a significant test is it ? Wait a few months and then show me what you've got.
(d) If you can't face the FACTS then you deserve to be conned by the charlatans flogging these rubbish EAs

Did I say it was a significant test? This thread is to broadcast ongoing live test results. That is what Pipcop, myself and others are doing for the benefit of others. We are putting live money on the line to see exactly how this robot behaves. We are sharing information and our experiences with others...you might like to try that sometime.

What, for being a realist ?

I am sharing my experiences and I've been trading successfully for over 20 years. I have made over $100,000 a year for all that time and some years much more. I can categorically tell you that these cheap little robots based on purely historic price data will not and will never walk forward successfully for any significant period of time. If you don't like the truth then heaven help you all.

I've been there, done that and have tried them all and they dont' work. Once I'd realised that a number of years ago, I started using data that did have an effect on future price movements. At that time I started trading the news. For me it works because I immerse myself in what is happening and have a strong feel for how news will effect pairs. But I've worked at it and the effort has been worth it.

The best advice I can give, although some of you still want to look at life through rose tinted glasses, is to move away from these nonsense robots and give up the idea of the holy grail EA. It simply dont exist.

Marlin, (a) learn to spell and (b) don't judge others using your own attitudes to life.

I like to dip into forums every now and again to try to enlighten those who still believe that future prices can be predicted from past prices and usually I get the same response as I'm getting here.
There will be a few who are willing to learn and I'm sure you'll eventually learn yourself. But in your case you may have to lose a lot more (real or virtual money) before you come to your senses.

So, just before I leave I'll reiterate: YOU CANNOT PREDICT FUTURE PRICES FROM PAST PRICES ALONE
