The Primeval-EA web site does not attach any conditions to the refund. But they are playing games with me. They want me to run the EA longer than a month. I don't know, bottom line, why they won't give me my money back.
I don't know how many customers they have.
I am still waiting for Pliums to respond to my refund request. So far, they have acknowledged that I have requested a refund from them but that's it so far.
