By paper profits I meant the profits that I showed on my balance on FXDD MT4 live account. I said paper profit because it would have become "real" only after the drawdown decreased to a reasonable level.
I do not know what's worse watching the catastrophe happening or looking at the ruins afterwards. Mine is the former case.

I think being drained and choked by the ever increasing DD is way worse than dealing with the mess after the bomb. I tend to agree with you. I am somewhat relieved now but this relief may turn to despair later.
I also really appreciate EA's that get in, do there business and get out.
