I found out that InvesttechFX is running the forex broker business from a virtual office , the toronto address they use as corporate office shows on google search that is only a virtual office. Which can a big problem for them, it is supposed to against a canadian laws to run a financial institution from virtual office. Also they are registered as a InvesttechFX software solutions company, this way not obligated to report to any forex or trade agency.
I'm contacting : The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) and also
Ministry of Consumer Services Consumer Protection Branch in Toronto
Will be filling a complaint with them.
