I have found that the Scientific feature is working, it is an incorporation in SoftWyer-Lib (1ka) in libraries file. It forces live$ performance to behave like it would when replicated in tester with setting of "opens only", thus modeling quality is tossed as an issue, it also makes the optimization bypass ticks thus is extremely faster!
I find that this mode as "true" works because I switch from opens-only back to ticks and the test results are the same.
