I believe something strange and probably isolated happened with Alpari. My EA did in fact de-activate and requested my copy to be activated. I am researching this problem as I do have this EA on a live account of 1,700.00 USD.
Support will be contacting me tommorrow regarding this but I did find out that the EA de-activated itself at exactly 2:01 PST, as I believe this is when it is programmed to start trading.
I monitored the EA today at exactly this time and it did not de-activate.
I am also having results just as I have expected from all of my testing and investigating.
I also found out that this EA once installed and running DOES NOT "call home". It just runs.
I posted on my trading journal that I messed up my results by manual trading and I very stupidly put Maestro on the same account as Fap Turbo. I lost almost 1,000 of my account in one day...this was on last Thursday before the Non Farm Payroll Report. I have since taken all contaminants off my account and I am just running Fap Turbo, as I should be. It is already recovering from this Chaos I created. |
