I have also had it running on my live forward demo account for about 3 days now and it has not opened any new trades at all. Maybe my settings are wrong or something like that, either way it is very frustrating to me  .

Do you have the spread filter set at 5?
Depending on your broker and the pairs your trading you'll rarely see a spread under 5 during this EA's trading hours.
It does well on my demo accounts with a wider spread, but I wouldnt want to put it on a live account with a spread wider than the take profit level.
