If Free account margin < 1000*Lots than EA prints, that your funds are insufficient. If lots are 0,01 than 1000*0,01=10USD as minimum free account margin. You can add money or try to change this line:
if(AccountFreeMargin()<(1000*Lots)) to
if(AccountFreeMargin()<(700*Lots))
