I think this is broker specific. IBFX, for example, allows up to 50 (I think) minis on a mini account and 100 full lots on a standard. They say you have to call them for anything bigger than that.
I did a Google on otkat and took a look at the web page. Looks interesting. Have you submitted it to pipcop and asked for a demo on it? I think I would be interested in the demo results.
