Cancellations:

You may cancel your PipCop.com membership at anytime you desire, however the act of canceling does not constitute an automatic cancellation of your billing. If you cancel after a payment has been processed, there will be a time delay in refund for that payment. Cancellation requests must contain your name, username and date joined from the form inside your member area. If any of this information is missing, the cancellation request may not be able to accurately process your refund and you are liable for your membership fees until PipCop.com receives required information. In some cases, only you can cancel ongoing subscriptions via the payment website. For this reason, we recommend you keep a copy of your original purchase receipt which will help you find the associated transaction and cancel the subscription. This is your responsilibity as we do not have access to your payment account.
Account Cancellation or Suspension:

PipCop may cancel or suspend your access to our services, support, sales, or products at any time and for any reason without notice. Upon cancellation or suspension, your right to use the service will stop immediately. You may not have access to data, services, support, or future sales on our site after we suspend or terminate your access.
